REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied – we are committed to making it right!
ORDER PROCESSING
Justvirtuous.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders are shipped from our location in Austin, TX via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information is provided once your shipping label has been created. Please allow a full 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated once notified.
